"We spent a month using the apartment as a base for travelling the Cote d'Azur and North Africa. The location was absolutely perfect with Vieux Ville, bistros, grocery shopping and major bus, tram and train transportation all within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean. Beds are very comfortable. A modern, well equipped kitchen made our stay even better. With the availability of local, fresh foods very close at hand we did a lot of our own meals and food prep. We picked up a wide variety of food at the nearby Monoprix supermarket (3 minute walk), the specialty markets in Old Town (five minute walk) and the daily open air market at Cours Saleya (10 minute walk). The beach and Promenade des Anglais is less than a 15 minute walk. Dealing with the owner was exceptionally easy. She provided clear contract and payment information and communications was very quick and precise. She provided lots of local information on transportation in the immediate area and on our arrival day. We would definitely consider renting this apartment again and recommend it for those who want a quiet location close to the highlights of Nice. Location, location, location. This rental has it."

The owner was very helpful before and during our visit and made really all to help us enjoy our holiday. "This is a great appartement in the old town of Nice. We've had a great time during our vacation. In the appartement is everyting you need. And it is a few minutes walk from the beach, harbor and from all the nice small streets of Nice. If you have a car you can go to many nice villages in the neighborhood of Nice. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Ghislaines apartment. The apartment is situated in Old Nice, which is a very convenient place to stay en experience French life. Also not far from the beach, various good restaurants and place Massena. The apartment was clean, very spacious and well equiped. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to make sure you have a good time in Nice. Make sure to bring a light suitcase or one you can 'roll', because the apartment is 'up hill'. The walk however is rewarded with a spectacular view. Also, Ghislaine provides you wih detailed info about the wherabouts of the apartment, which was very helpful. Thank you!"

"The location of this aparment is fantastic, very quiet, yet very close to everything. Just around the corner you will find a fish market, a butcher, a supermarket - and it is right in the center of Vieux-Nice. The apartment has two excellent bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. Furthermore there is a very nice balcony and lots of outdoor space - even a private basketball court.The owner, Ghislaine, is very nice and helpful. I want to come back!"

"I'd like to say thank you to Ghislaine for the hospitality. The appartment is fantastic right in the centre of the old city of Nice on the top of the chateau hill. It is very quite place which is very rare for the old city of Nice, you just hear the church bells and birds, neither tourists crowds noise no cars, no motobikes. The garden with flowers and a rather big patio is wonderfull which let you feel like in countryside. The view from the windows to Nice and surrounded hills is spectacular both during the day and nights. Very relaxable atmosphere! The appart, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need during the trip. All is clean and very comfortable. Amazing place! "

"Jasmin apartment was an excellent choice for our holiday. Very beautiful surroundings in the Vieux Ville, peaceful location but still in the middle of everything in order to explore the city. Brasseries, restaurants, groceries, beach, tram way... all very close. The apartment was clean and very well functioning- kitchen ware were in good shape, bathroom was ok and you can admire magnificent views from the terrace. Everything was great! "

"We had a lovely week in beautiful Nice and Ghislaine's cosy apartment was ideal for us, two adults with a teenage daughter. It is situated in the best part of the old town: close the lovely park on the hill, Colline de Chateau and a few steps from the restaurants, the stores, the markets, the galleries and the sea. Still the area is quiet and peaceful at night. It is just a 5 minute walk from the Massena, Place Garibaldi and the airport bus, which is very convenient. The apartment is just as described and Ghislaine was a warm an helpful host and gave us very good advice and useful information for our stay. We really had a great time. Hope to be back soon."
