Mas du Vieux-Nice

JASMIN apartment

Floor plan et description
The MAS OF VIEUX-NICE welcomes you in the historic centre of the city, in the tranquil quarter La Providence! You reside in an elevated building on a hillside in the historic heart of Nice, surrounded by churches, picturesque alleyways and historic monuments, at the base of Castle Hill, which has a cemetery that is very much worth seeing, and with a breathtaking view, overlooking the Bay of Angels (Baie des Anges), the city, the sea and the port.

The Mas, an old, Provencal house, was built on a former nunnery and is a haven of peace. Come on in and enjoy the quiet of this special, almost mystique place! You will feel as if you are in a small town: only the seagulls and the church bells “disturb” the idyll. The large yard adjoining the house is decorated with plants and invites you to stay for a while. You can sit in the sun on the old church structure, or rest in the shade of the large mimosa, and enjoy the Mediterranean vegetation and the wide and unobstructed view across the rooftops of Nice, all the way to the mountains in the West of the city.
The MAS OF VIEUX-NICE offers an incredible range of colours: Provencal style, Italian flair, Mediterranean vegetation, and colourful facades in front an azure-blue background of the Côte d'Azur... you live right in the heart of it, and still get to enjoy all the advantages of rural living: tranquillity, relaxation, a piece of nature and a wide and unobstructed view ... the Mediterranean vegetation of the yard delights the eye: orange, citrus, olive and medlar trees, next to oleander, bougainvillea and even some exotic plants ... lest we forget the large mimosa: the symbol of the MAS OF VIEUX-NICE.
